What do we do?

No winning employer brand comes out of nowhere; your organization already possesses all the right ingredients to develop a strong employer brand. Your current employees have a good perspective of you as an employer and your organizational culture. We’ll make it our task to get the right elements out of your organization.

To strongly position your employer brand in the job market, we’ll help you: 1) develop an employee value proposition (EVP); 2) develop a job-market campaign; 3) internally activate your employer brand; and 4) initiate recruitment market initiatives (based on your new or existing employer brand).

How do we do what we do?

We’ll translate your brand into a strong employer brand. What does your organization offer and what are (potential) employees looking for? We’ll go in search of the answers and bundle them together in an employer value proposition (EVP) – your promise to (future) employees. 

We’ll design a fitting job-market campaign to effectively reach your target audience(s), devise a creative concept, and develop the appropriate tools. To achieve the best possible results, we’ll activate specific partners from our expansive network of creative professionals. These could be video producers, 3D-podcast experts, or colleagues from our Fresh Game Studio, among others.

Finally, we’ll join you in thinking about how to internally activate your strategy. A strong employer brand will enhance your employees’ sense of pride and involvement. The most authentic form of recruitment is when this enthusiasm is then shared with their environment. 

Turn your employees into genuine ambassadors
We recently developed our own referral platform through colleagues can be stimulated to convey your employer brand (by rewarding them with digital credits, for example.) With this platform, your existing employees will become genuine ambassadors of your organization.
