What do we do?

The first 100 days are essential when it comes to successfully integrating new employees within an organization. This is when starters need to be immersed into the organization’s culture and get to know their colleagues, and when they need to be introduced to their work in a refreshing and surprising way.

We strongly believe in combining on- and offline interventions and knowledge sharing, as well as the importance of warmly welcoming new employees within the organization, so that they can land well within their department, as part of their new team, and within the wider organization.

 

How do we do what we do?

To design the optimal onboarding experience, we need to see things from the perspective of new employees. 

The first step in this is to map out all the various contact moments new employees have after signing their contract, as well as the information they will need to feel welcome within the organization and start performing in their job.

After this mapping-out phase, we set our sights on creating the perfect onboarding journey that guarantees employees will receive the information they need to take their first steps within the organization. (This information is intentionally introduced step by step to avoid starters from feeling overwhelmed. You can’t integrate starters within an organization in a day, after all!)

Aside from being informative, the onboarding process can also be a lot of fun! Gaming tools and gamification techniques – which we create and continuously finetune in our Fresh Game Studio – can significantly enhance employee engagement during the onboarding process.

But when it comes to onboarding, one size does not fit all! 

This is why we continuously evaluate and adjust the onboarding experience we’ve created to make sure that it is (and remains!) optimally aligned with your entry-level employees.
